Yes, we have signed both, and Chris Long, and traded Chandler Jones to the Cardinals for Michael Floyd, and Dobson to the Browns for Gordon, and Chung to the Seahawks for Chancellor. I really hope none of those deals cost us in the long run, but in BB I trust I guess.

Either Bill's got at least one significant WR move up his sleeve, or the Patriots will be overslotting the WRs again this year.

Grimes gets 8 per and Butler is a better CB right now. So we know he will be north of 8 per

Seeing the options dwindling and having lost out on several preferred options (e.g., Jones, Matthews, Sanu), the stakes were mounting so they may have been willing to raise their price.

Ball Hawks get paid. Butler isn't a ballhawk, not yet at least. So he may not be worth as much as people think. If he pulls in 6-8 INTS this season, watch out though.

How about Marques Colston? I would prefer him over Boldin also Mike Wallace will work well here as a exclusive deep threat last I checked we don't have one.
