True. But if the drop off of the whole defense without Collins and High is so significant that we still can't pick the low hanging fruit, the Redskins, than we are already in trouble.

This is almost like a bye week. We'll be sitting a lot of players, and still win comfortably.

I wouldn't think that there would be any scenario where the team or players would overlook an opponent, no matter what the circumstances were.

We just have some great fans/optimistic posters who predict blowouts every single game despite the specific matchup of the given week, not that anyone's suggesting fault in that. We've got to enjoy it while we can.

If he doesnt play Mayo might up his role to 10 snaps

This is a good game to manage some banged up guys, this year we don't have a bye week (bye in week 4 i almost do not consider, its almost pre season, players still fresh)

Well ... we could look at this like its a preseason game and evaluate the level of performance of our big money MLB Jerod Mayo... But he still might not see the field.

Yes. Just referring to the LB spot.

I think the Pats will win handily, but sometimes crap happens in the NFL when you least expect it.. can never take any win for granted in this league..

Yeah, Freeny has been above him on the depth chart, so you may be right.

Either he's nowhere near the player that he was or he just isn't 100 percent healthy yet, and is still being brought about slowly. My guess is that it's a combination of both.

Should have checked the Gatorade. Redskins are ****ing cheaters clearly.

I wouldn't mind seeing how Bostic and Freeny do with a more responsibility and frankly, Mayo needs exposure to a little more game time.
