Agree with the 1500 self donation thing. Not sure if going to away games is going to help him though. It would be tough for him to find the same level of Dumbassery outside of Indianapolis.

I was thinking that it would be hilarious if it turned out the guy was a Pats fan that was looking for Colts fans to fund his road trips.

Perhaps we should flood his site with donations for a penny, two cents, three cents, a nickel, etc.

Dumb hicks in Indiana will see that and do no more than the same.

Someone actually dropped $1500 on this cause. Who's this going to? A bribe to the NFL's record keepers?

The person who started this is just going to make a decent amount of money and not do anything. He has already gotten two grand.

I'll bet anything that the person who "donated" $1,500 is the same one who started the campaign. It was given by "anonymous," as were several others.

If a competing type of project were set up...at the very least, it would distract from the other one...but with a Pats tailgate at the end...

all donations but one were by "anonymous"
I wouldnt doubt if this was started by Pagano to save his job or Grigson because he is all but hurt on being destroyed by the pats, again

In the last day and a half it has gone up by $5

The sports editor for the Herald sent out 3 tweets about this, 2 informational and 1 retweet. Interesting.

I'm not the Herald sports editor though I probably should be. #dreamjob

Kiss the rings, crybabies!

Is this really what colts fans spend money on? Why the hell would they care?

They care because hating or diminishing the Pats' accomplishments is the closest they'll get to "winning."

In other words, they took a page from many of the other teams' books. It's kind of like if your neighbor who just purchased the new Mercedes backs into the car across the street while he leaves for work in the morning.

There are many jealous people who can't afford such a car, so they want the people who can to wreck theirs. It would be a ****ty way to live your life in such jealousy and angst, but there are many who cannot help themselves.

On the surface, this is kind of funny, but the stupidity and level of delusion behind it is staggering.

You have an average football fan who is so upset about one team breaking a rule* that he wants to raise $10 million to force the football league to place asterisks next to all that team's accomplishments. Think about that for a minute. How disconnected from reality is that line of thinking?

I'm not even sure how or why this guy thinks that raising that money will even achieve that goal. Is he planning on bribing the NFL with $10 million? Isn't he aware of Goodell's legendary integrity? It's like the internet meme:

Step 1: Raise $10 million
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Asterisks

What happens next if this gains any traction? Will other fans start fundraising efforts to benefit their teams? Maybe Raiders fans will raise $20 million to get their team added to the playoffs. Maybe Bill or Vikings fans will raise $50 million to see their team finally win a Super Bowl.

I thought the Jets fan suing over spygate or the Vikings and Steelers fans writing anti-Patriots propaganda books were the most ridiculous things I've heard, but this blows them away. The guy behind this, Jim Purucker, deserves every bit of ridicule coming his way.

*(pun intended by using an asterisk) Just pretending that a rule was actually broken for this example. Anyone who actually has an open mind, a modicum of intelligence and is interested in facts realizes this was a witch hunt based off a false rumor by a jealous rival, but that's a different rant.

The NFL would laugh at such a measly bribe. They pay 5 million just for fake reports.

******* my ass. Give me a freaking break, blame the Tomase, ESPN, Faulk, "Felcher" and the rest of the local and national mediots that keep this idiocy going..

Speaking of azzclowns last Sunday tuned into pregame shows in the AM, on 98.5 they were talking Hockey and on WEEI Tomase and Tanguay were talking about the Mikey Adams lovers quarrel with Munansky.. give me a f...ing break. That is the second week in a row I tuned in and then tuned out, as the week before Tanguay was trying to make a case that Guerrero is supplying PED's to Brady and the NFL is shielding Brady as he is a "premier player"....

Even local media are not "homers" and buy into all of this conspiracy stuff... they are part of the problem.

I found that this guys background is as follows:

Purucker, president of John Frick and Associates, has been a lobbyist for nearly 30 years representing the alcohol, gaming, insurance, financial services, child care and aviation industries.

A lobbyist? Good grief...

He is also Executive director of this organization:

Wine and Spirits Distributors of Indiana (WSDI) represents Olinger, Republic National Distributing Company, Glazers, and Southern Wine & Spirits. Although competitors, these organizations have joined forces to meet common goals and promote aligned interests.

Here is their number if you want to talk to him about "helping" out: (317) 916-4300

What is it with COLTS fans?? I was in the US around 2010-2011 and I got asked by a family that I met if I supported a NFL team. Naturally, them being colts fans, I got a death stare when I said that I supported the Patriots.

The girl started telling me that Bill Belichick made a deal with the devil and that he is a full on satanist....Which apparently explains his success and that the patriots cheat by taping practices and by paying the refs etc.I obviously started laughing, thinking that she was just joking and was just pulling my leg ,because nobody could be that naive....Then the dad joined in .....Hahaha He said that the satanism rumors have been confirmed by people that he knows very high up in the government o_Oo_Oo_O.

Look, you could tell that they were a little backwards and that they were very narrow minded and that it shouldn't be a reflection of Colts fan in general...but wow, just wow.

PS.Dont let those people speak to foreigners.:)
