More Trolling Brady by NFL Via NFL Mobile

Because a sea sponge has more spine than Bob Kraft.

No. because even New England fans somehow can't stop filling Goodells wallet by purchasing "crucial" NFL stuff (like something that lets you watch an already LOCALLY TELEVISED NFL game on one's Iphone) - see the OP.

So, WHO is missing the spine?

In the words of a modern day philosopher, 'link or it didn't happen'!

I would love to see this spot to get some context but I can't find it anywhere. I have the NFL Mobil app so I'll use it to watch the game tomorrow night and see if I can see the spot

If it's as anti-Brady as it sounds, I almost wonder if the NFL is now using Brady as a story line to get more attention. Villains are big business in pro wrestling and Brady is probably the most recognizable name in the NFL. Love him or hate him, people react when they hear his name. It looks like the NFL is putting Brady's face out there as much as they can, and they seem to have no problem portraying him as the bad guy.

The NFL would love it if Super Bowl 50 featured Rodgers vs Brady. Good vs Evil. Biggest ratings in the history of television

Seems like an odd thing for NFL mobile to put out there well over a month after the ruling

Maybe it was an ad by a third party. Sounds fishy, even for the NFL.

Is there any proof this actually happened?

I'm calling BS until I see evidence to the contrary.

They're going to like it even less after they lose on appeal.

When the matter is FINALLY resolved at the appellate level, I hope the Patriots start pushing back legally. Enough is enough!

Yeah, I know this will bring the morons out of the woodwork to say, "Brady has no case for defamation." This is more evidence for the suit that is coming. BTW, morons, I did not say Brady will win. Heck, the NFL should settle before discovery.
Jastremski and McNally's suits are not effected by this. :)

Not gonna happen.
Bet you avatars that either Brady, McNally, the team, or Jastremski file, not by Feb 2016, by Feb 2017. (Wait for this appeal and try to time it in an off season, also Brady may want to retire first.)

I may be in the minority here, but it seems like there is a very solid defamation case. It's pretty clear that the NFL deliberately allowed false psi numbers to be published to advance some underhanded agenda. A Massachusetts jury would probably be delighted to give Goodell and the league he pigf*ck verdict it so richly deserves.

I seriously doubt any agreements by the parties barring lawsuit would apply to intentional torts.

The question is . . . is Bob Kraft really the biggest p*ssy in the universe or is he just biding his time until courts clear the organization once and for all on this ridiculous fake scandal?

If we really wanted to stick it to the NFL, while still watching the games, we would DVR every game, avoid checking scores and skip the commercials!

I think setting a DVR to record is like a Nielsen household tuning in to a game. I could be wrong, but I heard that before--on this site--so take it for what it's worth.

I have NFL Mobile, which allows me to watch any games being shown locally live via my Iphone. During every commercial break, they ran the same 3 video loop including a 30 second clip where they say "Judge Berman came down with ruling and although not everybody likes it, we can all get back to football" and then a big "Oh Wait" pops up and they the show a picture of Brady looking like he is crying with the caption "The Appeal". How can NFL justify doing this without admitting they are biased.

It appears to me as though they are irate that their perceived "authority" over individuals, rights, et al has been diminished. And they simply cannot have that; doesn't go with the political winds, either. Ergo, they are going to work on public opinion- as though polls might be science (they are not) -and repeat the lies over and over. Once they believe they have enough people (i.e. most are opposing football fans) are on board, make the play that their actions are in accordance integrity and such.

This is where Bob Kraft is failing in my opinion. He's just taking it and doing nothing about the constant barrage that the Patriots are getting hit with. (Please spare me the "he's getting it done behind the scene's" fanboy take that I've heard too many times on this board)

Yes, I did not like the Sullivans as owners. and I did not like Victor Kiam either. Kraft has done some great things. But he's now like some of the other idiot owners with his conduct the last year + and his best days are clearly behind him. Jonathon Kraft needs to take over. And soon.

When I see this kind of stuff from the NFL, I point the finger of blame squarely at Bob Kraft.

Indeed. Kraft has not displayed any courage within this situation at all. And in the football arena, this does not look and/or bode well. Perhaps, it's time that he find someone who will; an agent of courage? Ultimately, we all need to be(come) our own agents of courage. ;)

just refer to the adage 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger'

deflategate didn't kill brady, so all this crap is now just making him stronger

Easy. It's both Kraft & paying fans. Like mostly everything in real life, it's not a pure dichotomy.

I'm proud to say that I don't subscribe to any NFL channels or services, haven't purchased a legal jersey or other merchandise since '09, haven't been to Gillette since '07. Heck, I don't even click on NFL.com for scores (I just google them), and only watch games on bootleg streams or bars.
