Best part about this is the NFL tried an end around and filed the motion in NY thinking it would lean the odds in their favor as opposed to MN where the NFLPA tried to file. Not only did they lose they lost on their home turf.........

Listening to the news, it sounds like Brady won on at least two of the arguments, and perhaps even three of them. Anyone with specifics on it?
