And?!? Brady destroying his phone is the biggest red herring in sports history. Brady had no obligation to give up his phone and had every right to "destroy" it if he wanted. The NFL had no right to his phone or the contents on it. It might have been ill advised not to turn over the text messages that Wells requested, but it was still not a requirement.

After all this time though, why did Brady actually destroy his cell phone? Why would be admit to destroying his cell phone even though he wasn't required to hand it over in the first place?

Anyway thats why fans from other teams think thats biggest piece of evidence against Brady.
