Louis Delmas (Dolphins) has torn ACL

That's rough for the Dolphins, the weakness of their D was already up the middle even with him in as the captain of their D. Will make it much harder for them to handle the Pats' offense, though, so there is that.

I've liked him as a player for a long time, still think the Pats would've taken him over Chung if he hadn't gone one pick earlier to the Lions. He would've done well here, but he hasn't been able to stay on the field. Hope he manages to get a healthy season or two in before the end of his career, at least.

Too bad for, MIA. Have to deal with it, though. No sympathy coming from here.

Eh, I root for the people actually involved in the framejob to get theirs. I hope Goodell's actions are brought to light and he's publicly humiliated, stripped of his job, and somehow loses all his money in Madoff-esque ponzi scheme. I'll never stop rooting for that.

Even for players that participated or made stupid comments, I'll admittedly feel a bit of schadenfreude if they get injured or get their comeuppance in some way. But if it's someone like Louis Delmas, who had no comment on the whole issue and plays for a team that had nothing to do with any of this, I don't see any reason why any of us should root for an injury there. He's just a guy trying to do his job who hasn't wronged us in any way.

Never happy when players are injured but we understand that this is life in the NFL injuries will inevitably happen. Benjamin from the Panthers went down today looked very ugly no contact injury.

Nope...hate injuries on anyone...it's their career and life.

He only tore his ACL on one of his knees? That sucks.

Sympathy for the player? Sure.

For the LOLphins? Hell no.

Its really only the Colts and Jets for me that spark that kind of disdain and hatred. If the Colts/Jets had their entire starting lineup on both sides of the ball tear their ACLs, I'd be totally fine with it

I wouldn't agree on the rooting for injury. We already won, we won the SB and are going to win this court case. A nice cigar, glass of wine and smile of satisfaction knowing the whiners and cryers won't have my sense of serene happiness is more than enough for this Patsfan.

I dont root for injuries, im not a broncos fan destroyed by Gronk and seeing an injury as the only chance of getting the SB.

The only player I wish injury to is Revis ...

I hope he suffers a total mental collapse when Brady torches him this year.

Then I hope he recovers for the next game we play the Jets and it happens again.
