Brady appeal transcript is now public

I'm sure this has been covered in the other thread, but for all the BS this commissioner has told, I felt this needed it's own thread with a PROPER TITLE

Goodell states in his appeal decision “In response to the question, ‘Why were you talking to Mr. (John) Jastremski in those two weeks?,’ Mr. Brady responsed, in sum: ‘I think most of the conversations centered around breaking in the balls.'”

Brady readily admitted, multiple times, however, in his appeal to Goodell that he and Jastremski could have been discussing the Deflategate allegations against the Patriots and not only football preparation for the Super Bowl.

If you read the transcript Brady does not imply whatsoever that they mostly talked about breaking in the balls. And is upfront about the fact that they discussed deflate gate. Multiple times in fact.

Roger Goodell is a bigger swine then I ever gave him credit for.

"I think that was in context to a joke about Rob Gostkowski spiking the football and how I felt sorry for the football. And that's all I remember."

And yes, the transcript butchers Gronk's name.

What I hate is that I'm hearing over and over again 'everyone's spinning this, everyone's putting their own slant on it', it's a way to disregard Brady's cell phone excuse and a whole host of things that paint Brady in a bad light.

But point me to one single thing that's been proven false from the Patriots and Brady's side of things? There isn't anything there, nothing. Meanwhile we have Blandino lying, Gardi lying, Harbaugh lying, Goodell lying, Wells lying, Mort lying, false leaks and misleading info from the NFL. Over and over again. Lies.

But yea, Brady testifying under oath lied over and over again, that makes more sense than the NFL railroading the Patriots which we have PROOF of. ****ing idiots, everyone.

I see her Texans fandom as a good thing. She can't credibly be accused of being an unobjective Pats fanboy...err, fangirl (fanwoman?).

Kessler attacked convincingly:

• The investigator
• The statistical and science component
• The punishment
• The text/email
• Brady's culpability
• The process
• Previous related punishments

Goodell did not change the punishment. This clearly shows the entire process is a fraud.

Why is no one surprised about this? We really all should have boycotted the NFL for 2 years after the Ray Rice incident. The evidence of who the tyrant and the group of the corrupt 32 really were is right there!

For me two +ves for anyone who wants to be objective.

Finally, we have proof that the Patriots are secretly breeding Gronk and Gostkowski into the perfect kicking tight end, for improved blocking on onside kicks. With this new hybrid player in our arsenal, opposing teams will never even see the ball!

Roger "jets" Goodell thinks he is above the law and has been proven now multiple times that he is wrong

Ok I have a quick question if Brady/NFLPA wanted the transcript to be public and then NFL stated they wanted it sealed so Brady agrees and then the NFL turns around and leaks information that wasnt taken in full context, doesn't that qualify as malicious behavior to defame and can't brady sue for defamation???

I think we can't allow ourselves to get too hung up on the PR/media thing. Many of people in the media will not have their minds changed by the transcript because they likely refused to take into account anything other than what they can nit pick to support their already made up minds.

I do think that the people who are reasonable will see the league for what it is with this stuff and that is a good thing. But don't get your hopes up regarding the media in general.

Adam Jones is still adamant that Brady did "something" and deserves at least a game maybe two....
How can one read that release today and come to the conclusion that he's guilty of Anything......?????

I know. The reason I was hoping for such is that ,because thats the only way NFL reacts - to -ve publicity. The court case is about cba abuse so all the lies in this transcript probably wont mean much.
