I don't care where it is, as long as they get an impartial judge, one who looks at the facts, then that is all we can ask for. A fair and impartial judge....
What about the "first to file correctly rule" or is that not a thing?
Please tell me the judge (or his law clerks) isn't a Jets season ticket holder......This smells very wrong.

The NFL is not as dumb as every thinks. They have a lot of money and power to influence people that its scary. This is what concerns me:
Richard M. Berman
Born 1943 (age 71–72)
New York City, New York, U.S.
Alma mater Cornell University
New York University School of Law
Fordham University
He has spent his whole life in NYC or at least Southern NY. If he's a Jets fan or even to a lesser extent a Giants fan, that's not good. It sounds silly that a federal judge would be influenced by such a thing, but I wouldn't count it out either.

Well, if that is the case, the NFLPA will file to have him recused for conflicts of interest.
not signing a document is a mere formality.
is that enough of a reason to recuse himself ?Please tell me the judge (or his law clerks) isn't a Jets season ticket holder......
He can read and he's educated. That eliminates him from being a Jets fan...Giants fan don't hate the Pats and we all know why........This is what concerns me:

Which still bothers me a little bit, Brady isn't really a lunchpail sorta guy, notwithstanding his work ethic. If goodell violated the cba as much as the nflpa contests than it shouldn't matter where the case is held.
Supposedly the judge is very liberal and pro worker
If he is fair and impartial and even pro labor why are you freaking out? If the above is true then we should feel fine for the moment.I hate to say this folks, but the NFL just beat us in the game of "lawyerball."
I'd love to be wrong about that. I'm pretty sure, I'm not.
