An Alternative Explanation for the AEI Report conclusions

Regarding the "Colt's balls in garbage bags" info, has it ever been clarified that their balls were inside the garbage bag throughout the entire first half...or....were they gathered at the end of the second quarter and placed inside a garbage bag for transport into the officials locker room?
Also......two other points that I have never been clear on...1) who are the sideline ball boys affiliated with (Patriots, both teams, or NFL) and 2) why aren't teams required to follow uniform standards of containment...ie garbage bag/mesh bag.....during the game.
The helter-skelter system of ball containment alone should raise huge red flags. Reaching definitive conclusions of air pressure reduction seems impossible when two sets of balls are influenced by climate and time so differently. Factor in no initial PSI data......Only 4 Colt balls tested at half. Such a load of crap ......yet NE has to PROVE THEIR INNOCENCE????

PS....anyone listen to Colin Cowherd yesterday. He had an author on who wrote about the rise of the Oligarchs in Russia after the fall of communism. Seven Oligarchs were basically running Russia until they decided to install a puppet to run the government after the chaos of the Yeltsin term. Their puppet who they thought they would control was Putin. Within one week of Putin in office, he assembled the seven Oligarchs and turned the tables on them taking total control and threatening the Oligarchs' future livelihood. Five Oligarchs bowed down to Putin and thrived. The other two...not so much. (one found hanged in London)
I mention this story from history because ....at least to me......Krafty Kraft's guy, Rodger the Jet, has assumed a Putinesque level of power and the "32" bow before him or face his wrath. The five emasculated Oligarchs and the greedy "32" all have one thing in common........towing the party line and keeping the gravy train rolling.
A sign of foreshadowing...when Kraft genuflected as Putin walked off with his Super Bowl ring. It is no surprise to me that Kraft defers to Comrade Goodell as Rodger walks off with his team's draft picks.
I thought "patriots" are the fighters of oppression. I guess Krafty's "Tonight we are all Patriots" speech back in 2002 had a one night shelf life.

This is true. The amount the balls would warm up in the 1st 10 minutes is quite a bit higher than the amount they would warm up in the 2nd 10 minutes (and so on).
