If true, Kraft needs to sell Patriots (link)

I fully support Kraft to sue the league to clear their name, otherwise it will be hard for me to keep supporting the team.

So, if it's true that the Patriots are trying to come to some resolution that avoids appeals and ugly court situations, Kraft has to go?

I'm sorry, but I can't hop on this bandwagon, and I'm probably the second most anti-Goodell poster here (Joker is clearly #1).
So you would accept
Brady suspended 4 games
Losing #1 and #4 picks
1 mill fine
Finding of guilt

In return for Goodell commenting that it was wrong to write the wrong psi number in a (private) letter and not correcting it publicly?

You would pat Kraft on the back for negotiation that?

Gotta be honest here, I have completely different priorities. I don't really care if Steve the Chiefs Fan thinks the Patriots are cheaters. I just want our draft picks back.
If Solomon's, err Reiss' compromise works out, you won't get that either.
You will get guilt, loss of picks Brady suspension 1 mill fine, and the league will issue a statement that it was bad of them to type the wrong number in a private memo.

This is bull sht, it looks like kraft is capitulating because of all the time, effort, and money goodell has spent setting up the pats i Know hes not changing his position. And anything short of fully dropping all of the suspensions, fines, and loss of draft picks would be unacceptable to me. If this is turns out to be true hes lost another fan in me.

20 years of enabling the winningest team ever vs. having to quibble over a few pounds of air? Kraft hasn't earned your trust yet?

Everything you ever needed to learn about business, negotiations, and human nature can be found in the Godfather trilogy.

Keep your friends close...and your enemies closer.

I suspect the league is covering up for Kensil......talk about a guy who has more motivation than anyone to have this happen.......now it serves no purpose for the pats to put this out there now, but I think this is the kind of thing that the pats would have in their hand and in a back room, they show goodell, and that solves that

Why should I care about the Patriots if the owner doesn't?

I am really really sour and done with Kraft. The amount of disappointment and dismay I will have with Kraft if he is indeed even hugging Goodell will be tenfold the amount of disgust I've reserved for Goodell.

Sell the team Bob, I simply cannot support you if this is your attitude.

I fly in only twice a year for Patriots games, and I can't say I'm going to spend money again soon, but if I did do it, I would lustily boo Kraft--if indeed the tweets above are true at all.
So because Kraft didnt punch Goodell in the face you think he doesnt care about the Patriots and should sell the team? I'm not sure what the upstarter1 household is like but in the real world most of us are capable of having a conflict with someone and not attacking them on site. Kraft has always had a relationship with Goodell and I really cannot see why after keeping the Patriots in New England and winning four super bowl's you think Kraft needs to sell the team because an owner and the commissioner had a conversation without Kraft attempting to stab him.

And none of us know what that conversation was. He could have whispered in his ear "I am the one thats gonna get ya"

Guys, get a grip. All these "one big happy family" stories are such obviously more of the same leaks from Goodell and his flackies. Haven't you seen enough of that to figure out their game?

BTW, I do suspect that this will all end with the Robert and Jonathan Kraft selling the Patriots. However, if there is anal sex involved, Goodell will be "the bottom".

I would not be surprised if Kraft announces this week than he has resigned from all NFL ownership committees and hired Goldman Sachs or some other investment bank to prepare reports on the market value of the team as a preliminary step towards a sale.

You can't even tell that Kraft is a sucker for these guys?

Guy lucked into Belichick and Brady

They are adults and hopefully they will handle this like adults. Giving Goodell a mean face and showing contempt does nothing to help matters. Hell, they could have already talked this out, made amends and we are just awaiting the formalities.

It's ESPN who ever said they deal in reality.
Although I don't expect anything good to come from the owners meeting, the appeal or anything the league does. You don't set this whole thing in motion to just forget about it. Plans are plans and they plan to ruin this team!

The idea that Kraft lucked into Belichick is about as stupid as it gets.
I was actually thinking about this statement just now and actually second guessing myself on it because it was so stupid.
