Hmmm.... let's see:
Jastremski: Brady did nothing wrong.
McNally: Brady did nothing wrong.
Every interviewee in the entire Wells report: No evidence that Brady did anything wrong.
Wells (aka, Brady's hired rectal prober): More likely than not he might have had general knowledge, possibly, it could, since he wouldn't give me all of his personal information.
Facts: Very likely there was no tampering, and if there was, combined with the gas laws, tampering would have to be so minimal it would be pointless.
The Media (such as Silver)/the NFL: IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT BRADY IS 100% GUILTY!!! Hey, just look at the facts (then runs away).
So, yes, I am pretty comfortable believing there is not enough evidence yet to prove Brady's guilt. The other cases referenced with Armstrong, A-Rod, etc. had actual witnesses and/or definitive scientific tests to support the findings, and neither had a commissioned $5M anal probe on their targets, though the anal prober (Wells) could find nothing except some confusing text messages. If anything, there is more evidence pointing to Brady's evidence.
