Jonathan's a vindictive sob, if it was up to him you'd see some fireworks, don't know if the old man will back him but I think even Robert see's the light and know it was a witch hunt..

The owners would have been more than happy to escalate the situation and fire Goodell after the Ray Rice incedent. Care to guess who stood up for Goodell in his most trying time?

Kraft just got stabbed in the back by Goodell's power play. He probably knows that the majority of owners are behind him on this. He saw an opportunity to solidify his position, and took it. Kraft got what he deserved for sitting on his hands and only speaking out when Goodell was taking heat. Kraft just got destroyed because he was the last one to figure Goodell out. Kraft got what he deserved, but now we all get to suffer for it.

Maybe this stuff goes to an independent decision maker, maybe they overturn every bit of it. But one thing is clear: Kraft got KO'ed by a blind side right hook from the NFL front office that every spectator saw coming a couple rounds before it landed.

Goodell has been playing chess while Kraft was playing checkers.

Fine, if we're the bad guys, time to go Death Star mode against Gotohell and his lackeys.

Goodell is not a guy in a secure position so it's bizarre that instead of handling this quietly he decided to use this to distract the media from his awful choices this year and in the process alienate as powerful an owner as their is in sports.

That's what people who aren't exactly smart do. You are trying to apply logic to someone and something that isn't logical. It's not your fault, I do it too.

Boy Vincent and Goodell really outdid themselves on this one........I hope Kraft finally lays the wood on this goon running the league but I have little faith.....I personally declare WAR on this league and fan of every other team from this day on. They have crossed the line in such an absurd way.

Not convinced that this is the end for Goodell in our Pats Myopia probably, but there are a lot of teams out there celebrating that this decision has come down under the guise of "justice"...

What might change the tide is during the subsequent legal action, that the NFL is forced to reveal the complete investigation per discovery and the emails between league officials, Grigson et al and Walt Anderson.. that might be the proverbial nail..
