Patriots NFL Super Bowl Blu Ray (March 3rd Release)

Hi Everyone,

The highly anticipated (by me, anyway) Patriots championship blu ray is being released tomorrow, March 3rd.

I figured it would be good to start a discussion thread about the Blu Ray for people to provide some feedback.

What were your favortie parts? What should they have shown less of? More of?

What did you think about the bonus features?

Also, how much is the Blu ray being sold for at different stores. Certain websites like Walmart and Best Buy don't even have it listed yet.

Pre-ordered at Amazon for $26.66 with NC sales tax. Shipped and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Ordered my brother-in-law one as well. I mean he paid for the game tickets. Least I could do right?

I pre-ordered the HD version on iTunes. Peter King had a mini-review of it in MMQB today; nothing I really hadn't heard or seen before but still looking forward to it.

I could not agree more. It just didn't feel right having a Celtics, Bruins, and Red Sox championship blu ray but no Patriots.

I am REALLY looking forward to tomorrow!!!!!

I'm sure many of us have already watched the games multiple times, but I love these videos for the sideline and locker room footage.

I watched small parts of the game when the NFLN had the replays on but for the most part, I've been waiting for the blu-ray to be able to watch the game from start to finish.

So....ummm....this Blu-ray thing - - it will play on my computer like a DVD????

Then you'll be disappointed. This blu ray does not have the full game on it. Just highlights from all regular season and playoff games + bonus features.

What I want to know is whether this release will have material missing from "3 Games to Glory Four" (which I have ordered).

Impossible to know. I haven't seen a features list for 3 Games to Glory 4

You can get an external blu ray drive that can connect to your laptop via USB. This is the one I have and it works well:
