I dont know. Even the saints did all this I think and Roger slammed Payton with 'ignorance is not an excuse'. I dont trust the NFL. They cant invest all these resources and come out looking like idiots. Pats are going to get hit . How hard I don't know.
Of course not. That would mean the NFL would have to be honest. Will patriots lawyers be also involved in this process ?
Hi folks, I'm Dan. Long time reader and Patriots fan, but I guess I decided to make my first post on this matter. Sirius NFL Radio doesn't seem interested in hearing my thoughts:
It seems to me, after reading the rules and ball regulations from the NFL, as long as the ball meets inflation regulations when the referees inspect them...criteria met. In my opinion, the league absolutely cannot ensure 100% that the pressure in all footballs in all games falls within that specified range in all nonstandard atmospheric conditions through the season. The simple solution in this case is, if the weather was in fact a part of the issue here, modify the rules to state that the ball will be inflated such that the air pressure will fall within a specified range during actual game conditions and just add a halftime check similar to the AFCCG.
Also, the videos posted in other threads about people trying to notice the difference between a ball inflated to 10psi and 13.5psi is really speaking to a hidden agenda here. Just my $0.02. I'm on to focusing on the game itself. It is nice to meet you all, by the way.
Can we reach 10,000 posts?268 pages and still going strong. Beats the game day threads
In what way? This has been a real momentum changer.

I was thinking of this. This all supposedly started when the Colts suspected the Pats used deflated balls in Indy. But why would the Pats use deflated balls in a dome?
In which way?

Robert Kraft released a bland, boilerplate statement. If he's pissed about the still-growing stain on his "brand" he has yet to indicate it.
