This is what I don't get. Why wouldn't Tanguay set him straight and inform the dimwit another nfl team this season ( Vikings) tried the "ineligible player" switch, failed and nobody cared. But the Pats do it and it becomes dishonest.

Tanguay is a moron because his job is to know these things and he doesn't. He's as dumb as Lou Merloni thinking a walkthrough was taped.

Actually, it was the Lions who did it. And the Vikings were on defense.

Turning Point's video clearly showed that the Vikings defensed it perfectly and the Lions got negative yardage.

The Minnesota Freaking Vikings knew what to do and Genius Harbaugh didn't - - in fact, the funniest thing was watching Thuggs actually move towards the backfield to cover Vereeen after being told he was ineligible!!!!

Oh, very true, I had completely forgotten he ever said that stupid little bit after hearing the explosion that happened shortly after.

Yeah, that was undeniably dumb. Even Ravens' fans admit to being jealous of the genius after letting it sink in and they were the ones taken advantage of.

Jets fans were even begging for a coach on their forums capable of knowing the rules as well as BB does (with the exception of one that we all argued with for some reason) in order to fool defenses like our team did last weekend.

When you have Jets fans praising something NE did and pleading to be able to do the same you know that nobody has a problem with what happened apart from it wasn't their team doing it.

Yeah but they'll hate even more. Doesn't matter what they say or dismiss. The point is they will be so #%$#ing mad. Jets, Steeler and Manning fans especially will be pulling their hair out of their head, and throwing remotes through their television.

After they get control of themselves they'll say "Spygate," but who cares as long as they need a new TV?

He says he loves Brady. This is a common tactic you see amongst those trying to tear down the NEP. It's a transparent attempt to feign credibility. Does anyone else hear this one? It's either they hate BB or they hate Brady, so they'll claim it's either Brady that makes BB successful or BB that makes Brady successful.

Separate note: I disagree that the Colts have no chance. I think they have a good shot.

I understand the reporters hate, you can tell it bothers him, and to be honest Shaunessy is, in my opinion, trying to get the Colts fired up as he is also a Patriots hater...

And one final note: if people are resentful of the NEP success, then empathize for what it was like pre-2001. Let us have our time, like GB, Pitts, 49ers, and the Cowboys dynasties. It's not like it lasts forever.
