There's a first time for everything. No 13-3 team has ever won a Super Bowl....we need to lose to Barfalo

"The Steelers cannot be the No. 2 seed even if they and Denver finish with 11-5 records. The Broncos hold the tiebreaker (strength of victory) over the Steelers."Better yet, if denver loses next week and pitt wins, i believe pitt gets the number 2 seed. Denver would have to face SD on wild card weekend.
It's funny because Young was on the 13-3 49ers team that won Super Bowl 29.I was quoting Steve Young...a HUGE mistake on my part, BHSL..

Actually, my mistake....it looks like cincy has an opportunity to get the number 2 seed if denver loses and the bengals win next weekend. So we're all bengals fans nxt week.

I believe Indy is locked in as the #4 seed. The best they can finish is 11-5. If Pittsburgh beats Cincy then they are the #3 seed and Cincy becomes the #5 seed. If Cincy wins next week then they are either the #2 (unlikely) or #3 seed based on whether Denver wins.
Unlikely that denver wins, but oakland is playing well now. Im sure they will love making denver play on wild card weekend.
I think Pittsburgh beats Cincinnati - they are playing at home, and Cincinnati will have a hard time putting 2 good prime time performances together in a row. I also think that Pittsburgh can go on the road and beat Denver, much as Baltimore did 2 years ago. Not sure that is a good thing.
