Hate to say it, but we are far from being contenders this year. We aren't even in Denver's class right now. Denver improved on D and possibly even on O. They would tear us apart with the utmost of ease.

Still a long way to go obviously, but this team has huge holes.

There's no point in even bothering paying good players big money on defense when you have the likes of Matt Patricia in charge of them.
