So the off season is officially over and it is time to review everything the Patriots did and see how it looks.

Easley - DT - Looks healthy. Could be a very high end starter if it stays that way. Good/Great pick
Garoppolo - QB - Looks like he has a lot of upside. With all the top tier safeties gone and picking a TE up with a trade this pick looks even smarter now. Good/Great pick.
Stork - C - Only got to see him a little bit but showed well and seems to be getting it. Good pick
White - RB - Can catch and block but a subpar running. Okay pick.
Fleming - G/T - Some good and some bad. However seems to have lots upside. Wait and see.
Halapio - G - Just didn't do much. Bad pick.
Moore - DE/DT - Raw but showed a lot of upside and might contribute this year. Good pick.
Thomas - S/CB - Injured and didn't flash much when healthy. Bad pick.
Gallon - W - Same as above. Bad pick.

Overall I think we might get 2 Good starters and 2-3 good role players and a potential franchise QB down the line. I know a lot of people didn't love this draft at first (me included) but as time has gone on it appears we have 5-6 keepers. that will turn into game day actives sooner rather than later. Overall I think this was a good draft for us based on initial reactions after the first off season. Overall draft grade: B+ (which could turn into an A based on Garoppolo).

Easley – I am excited for him, I think he is could be special.
Garopollo – I do not think as highly of him as many on this board, I think he is intriguing and fun to watch in the preseason.
Stork – I hope he pans out but I was not high on this selection and he has not done anything to change it thus far.
White – I like him, I think he is going to be a good player; he needs to learn to run between the tackles, and improve his field vision but he does lots of things really well.
Fleming – Good pick, he could be a starting OL in the next few years, I like him as a RG personally.
Halapio – Easily the worst pick Belichick has made in the last 3 draft.
Moore – Outside of Easley, he was my favorite pick in the draft. I mean all picks for all teams too.
Thomas – I was surprised he did not do more, thought he would be a good ST Player at the very least.
Gallon – Decent prospect probably would have made the practice squad if the eligibility did not change allowing them to keep Boyce.

Just an FYI - I was informed earlier this week that late round picks could not be bad picks.

Come on... You can't honestly say that Halapio is the worst pick Belichick has made in the last 3 drafts. He was a 6th round pick on an already very talented team. On the other hand we have Bequette who was picked in the third round and so far has done absolutely nothing.

Halapio wasn't a very good pick. But it doesn't come close to Bequette who might as well have been cut in his first camp for absolutely no difference on the field.

Honestly, I forget about Bequette, it is hard to remember a player that never plays.. .o_O

Halapio is the second worst.

Easley - liked the pick at the time. nothing has changed my opinion on him yet
Grop - not very happy with a QB in round 2 but the kid can play
Stork - injury was disappointing. hopefully he can crack the starting unit later in the season
White - liked the pick but he is off to a slow start. needs to pick it up
late rounds - finding 2 quality guys in Moore and Fleming late in the draft is excellent work
