KT and Boyce weren't gonna make any difference, let's face it. KT was basically ineffective, injury or no, after his TD against the Saints.

Our WR's are not play makers and game changers. Dobson could be really good but everyone else is just pretty good or average. Our offense is not any better than it was, unless you see major second year jumps from AD and Boyce. I anticipate one from AD.

This kid looks like he can be a player and they said his favorite player is Brady whats not to like.
His stats are insane he had a lightening release.

Definitely would not count on a Ryan Mallett trade to Houston or anywhere. Mallett expected back in Foxboro.

But if he is their guy..you have to take him no? If you wait until next year...year 2...3 years from now and their guy isn't there..would you rather them force a pick on someone who they are 50-50 about?

SF had no problem drafting Martin.

I am not a fan of the pick, but I am not acting like the sky is falling. Garoppolo is a good system fit and has a lot of the intangibles that could make him surprise me.

That said, I disagree with Bedard's premise. There are plenty of players the Pats could have drafted who might win a starting job or at least be a solid contributor. At the beginning of last year The Pats had an UFA starting at WR. By October, the Pats had two UFA starting at DT.

I guess he is right in theory that the odds aren't great that the player the Pats drafted in the second round no matter who they selected would likely start, but it wouldn't be precedence setting.

... which you then pretend to be the victim of and then proceed to be as insulting and dismissive of the user as you can guaranteeing you that by the end of the conversation you yourself set the tone for -you can then write off and unfairly label the user as just another sheep.
