The fact they cut an offensive lineman may be a good sign.
I agree..does that mean maybe O'Callaghan is ready to play?? We will find out in a few hours..my guess is yes..as McMahon was playing 2nd team right tackle...so with so many injured..it would make much sense..and they apparently need some good STers...as well as a possible CB that is tall..

No, this is a horrible sign...it means Wilhite, Richardson, and Webster are in worse condition that we might have hoped. Can't say the O-line is the team's weak spot any longer.

Edit: Yes, McMahon was that bad. Here's hoping Welbourn has something left in the tank.

Aiken might be headed to IR. Wasn't he brought in to upgrade special teams?

Maybe he's just that bad.
As of yesterday's practice..they had 10 OL on the field...inc McMahon...I doubt they would have less than that today...which I think means one is returning so they have 10...I doubt they woul only have 9 OL for a practice..

Guessed wrong..in fact ANOTHER OL out today per PFW...add Stokes to the missing..

I had the same thought, but in the 80-man-roster world it's easy to overreact to moves. They have no choice but to keep juggling the last couple of slots.

Not that you'll hear any coaches complaining...;)

BB signs players where he thinks they will help, be it depth, or competition. After the OL signing spree and Tank going down, he started signing CBs...Ventrone played CB Thursday...1+1+1 =

For guys at the bottom of the roster, Belichick also likes to bring in guys and give them a good workout, see what they can do, how quickly they can learn his system, get them familiar with it etc...

This can come in especially handy mid-season should there be injuries and Belichick has a handful of guys out there, unsigned, that he's gotten a good look at and who have some familiarity with the system.

So often these moves are all about the shadow roster.

As for those guys he cuts to bring in other players, he's doing them a favor in a way, giving other teams the same chance to check them out, giving them a better chance to catch on somewhere later this season or in the future.

And the fact that they don't even have 2 OLs..not good at all..but I agree..do not forget Shoate being brought in as well when Tank was IRed...it is a bad sign for DBs..Also LSanders was also part of the missing..Really this 80 roster is REALLY not helping TC at all..put in injuries and one sees a lot of juggling in a lot of camps..but BadL doesn't undesrtand it..remember he's a talking head and knows little of the game he is proomoting...just throw out another memo about this...No saying anything is not good..

Jimoh is a joke, ST only, just a body for TC.
