Just wondering if anyone knows a good site that gives a detailed breakdown of NFL stats, more detailed than we would get on NFL.com or ESPN and the like. For instance, "tackles within 3 yards of the line of scrimmage" and things like that. Any help would be appreciated. :)

FootballOutsiders.com has a lot of stats, but you have to pay for 'em.

I second Football Outsiders. What I want to see most is DB metrics and they said they aren't putting those out until they release their book sometime in the summer/fall I think it was.

But their run defense stats were interesting re: the Pats. If I interpreted them correctly, then bottom line of it was that Warren and Wilfork held their ground quite well, but in every other direction, the Patriots were middle of the pack at best when it came to stopping the run. Quite surprising that the drop-off was that significant.

Footballoutsiders.com by far... they have lots of free stats as well as some pay ones. It takes a few minutes to figure out their acronyms and everything, but it is worth it.
