Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

Now that was an awesome defensive play.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

That screen play was way too obvious

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

Don't matter tie score, 20-20.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

If GB wins, The Pats offense will have a field day on that defense. Those corners are not very good.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

These teams deserve double overtime.

Farvie's nose looks like it will bleed with the -23F windchill getting into his nasal passage.
Personally, I am in awe of the tremendous tackling I am seeing from the Giants...just running through blockers to get the guy with the ball. Very impressive.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

Gunslingers always believe at heart they are lucky.

Brett is melting down. While Eli is looking like the pick of the Manning litter. LOL

I heard Archie and Olivia are there, but Peyton stayed away so as not to jinx Eli...

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

Packers' kick coverage has been abysmal tonight.

I'm in awe of anyone who can play in those conditions...period. Can you even imagine how hard that surface is when you crash into it...

After watching the game so far - I am rooting for the Packers. Giants look dangerous plus they have played us well before.

I disagree. Eli's getting time to throw and he is having to make some great throws to get completions. I think our secondary can be accused of being a bit of a sieve, also.

Doesn't the field have heating rods in it? I have no idea how good they work.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

Plastico is killing them.

They're getting burned deep, they're getting burned on everything. If Plaxico didn't drop that ball at the end of the first half, they'd score a td.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

I'm surprised Jerry Jones hasn't had that Diet Pepsi Max commercial pulled since it looks so eerily like they way his 'Boys season ended.

Yup, I'm thinking I would rather listen to the two weeks of Favre ball washing... Get the feeling they thought this one was in the bag, only Eli and Plex didn't get the memo. It's as if we awoke a sleeping tiger in week 17.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

I'm nervous, and I have no rooting interest. I don't care who the Pats play anymore.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

I'm rooting hard to the Packers to win.

The Giants seem pretty explosive right now and have a great road warrior mentality. If they finish off Green Bay it will be 10 straight road wins.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

Packers don't have the defense to cope with Manning's game.

Maybe the Pack will get lucky. I want the Patriots and the Packers in the SB.

We owe them for 1996.

Re: NFC Championship Game Thread

Eli is looking more and more like Big Bro.
