Guy's a rookie in a BB defense, I have no expectations for this year but I'm sure he'll turn out into a good player give some time.

Meriweather had a shot at destroying Cooley across middle on an overthrow on 1 play but he held back..shoulda lit him up. On the play that Cooley dragged him..he was point blank not even in a sprint so its tough for a 195 pounder to tackle a 250 guy from that close when Cooley had some momentum

During that play, I thought to myself that Randall Gay would have gotten Cooley to the ground. Meriweather should take it as a lesson-- they're bigger and stronger in the pros, kid.
