The best Boston sports bar in the city is the Bucaneer on Polk (and Green?). It is exclusively Boston to the point that all the TVs are tuned to the game and no others during the Pats slot. Also, the Bus stop in Cow Hollow (Marina- Unioun St corridor) is an excellent choice but may have some some static (other games) on. Kelly's at Broadway and Polk at Russian Hill flats is a Steelers Bar primarily but if they aren't on, they play Pats. Its also a good Sox bar FYI especially tomorrow at 5 our time out here. Woody Zips in North Beach is good too - across from North Star (huge Bills bar - I feel sorry for those dudes - if Buffalo is on, dont go there).

For Berekely, people are too busy camping in trees to block the new Cal stadium so tha is an indication of how much they value atheletics. Oaktown is hit or miss but no exclusive Pats bars as far as I know.

If you in the south bay, you can go to Double D's In Los Gatos, they show all the games there.

In Dublin, CA close to intersection of 680 and 580 expressway, there is also Hooters, Neither of these two places are specifically Patriots hangouts but they show all the games.

I live in San Francisco.

Living in Phoenix the last two years, and rarely having the Pats, I learned my lesson.

The cost of going to bars every Sunday, and paying for the food and drinks.

Is greater than...

The cost of NFL Sunday Ticket.

The Connecticut Yankee in Potrero Hill. Don't know about "cool", but it's Patriots to the bone.

I saw a game there a few years ago and enthusiastically endorse it.

In the South Bay, go to Britania Arms in Cupertino. This place bills itself as a Pats bar and puts them on a large projection screen with surround sound while all of the other games are on small TVs with the volume turned down. There were about 15 Pats fans there for the Cleveland game.

I've been there for lunch on non-game-days and it is definitely Pats/Sox/Celts to the bone. I've heard it draws large crowds of Pats fans on Sundays.

Chris
