Interesting in Brady arbitration transcript, Loren Reisner was "independent investigator", yet he was conducting cross examination for NFL
.

Damn straight.

Here's the thing: I've been hearing lately that people are annoyed "that this whole thing got to this point." And they blame the NFL AND Brady. Well, what the hell was Brady supposed to do? Ignore all this crap? WHy are people NOW saying it's gone too far? Why weren't they saying it when, you know, Goodell handed out the ABSURD penalties???

This is the best example I've seen yet at how much of a sham this truly was. Excellent work by Kessler.
Reminds me of the scene in Good Will Hunting when Ben Affleck tries to fight the guy in the bar, the pony tail guy brushes him off then Will Hunting shows up, throws down the economic conditions of colonial America and melts his brain.

Holy crap, Wells's evasiveness about his relationship to Pash and the NFL and Gregg Levy bailing him out from having to answer Kessler's line of questioning here is pretty telling:

Well THAT effectively answers the question as to whether or not Wells was working in the sole interests of his client - the NFL.

Not "independent" at all. There's no other way to interpret that.

Schefter uses 'interesting' probably because he is still employed by ESPN. Couldve used ridicolous, absurd and lot of other words.

Albert Breer ✔ @AlbertBreer
Transcript indicates that there were three texts between Tom Brady and John Jastremski on February 7 that weren't recovered.

Of course Bert goes with that "finding"

The 4 hour timeframe was again confirmed in this transcript, which Schefter had and the NFL lied about before he outed them.

So to review, the only people in this whole saga that we KNOW have lied are the folks in the league office. So why in gods name should we take their word for anything?

The verbal jousting between Kessler and Wells is fascinating.

Q. Let me ask the question differently.

3 A. Your answer is yes.

Schefter has a very long leash, but a leash nonetheless.

We knew this last week with the phone "destruction." Of course that is something the lemmings will grasp on to.

The genius cracked the case. You see, Brady sent texts BACK IN TIME to tell Dink and Deflator to get to work. That's the genius of it.

Yep because those 3 texts are all that is needed. F-ing text messages. He needs to be fird as well.

From what I'm reading right now, the NFL and Goodell sounds like morons and Brady and his camp seem smart.

Right b/c Jaz's phone was in the possession of Renaissance.

So Brady not handing over the phone he was not legally required to and wells said himself he didn't want hurt Brady's credability in wells' opinion.

What a sham.

Brady's credibility and integrity has never been questioned before, yet Weels has the nerve to say "based on my assessment of his credibility". What an ass. Meanwhile Goodell was called a liar by a federal judge just a few months earlier. Smh.

Cuz Brady is gonna be sending incriminating texts 3 weeks into the investigation

Iam glad it got released just because its out there that brady admitted no guilt under oath. So the settlement talks can start from there.

Great point!!!!!

This testimony UNDER OATH, means that Brady CANNOT accept a settlement that acknowledges any culpability - - unless he perjured himself under oath in the appeal.
