If suspended BEGGING Tom Brady to sue NFL

One of the first issues I'd like his lawyers to focus on is the endless leaks attributed to "league" sources and how those leaks have poisoned public opinion.
And it continues to this very day......."League sources" tell the NY Daily News that Brady will be suspended next week.
The "league sources" in possession of that info are Commish Goodell's management team.
Collect all those leaks, going on from day 1 of this story, put them in front of a judge and let the judge decide about motive/malice/fairness re: Tom Brady vs NFL and does Brady have legal standing to fight the league.

Yeah right Walt, before the Colt playoff game when the league office was pulling off a sting operation, that was the one and only time in your entire career that you lost sight of/possession of NFL footballs pre-game. ha ha ha ha Yeah right........
BTW Tom would have to show his texts, emails etc. Don't see that as a problem since I do believe Tom told these guys he wanted the footballs at 12.5 but never told them to go below that and never instructed them to deflate right before game time.

Yeah a fight will most certainly be coming if suspended.

The part I can't get over is Brady is accused of being "at least generally aware" of the ball deflating. Even if the balls were truly tampered with how is being aware a rules violation? Wasn't Kinsel and others at the NFL office at least generally aware it was happening after they were forwarded e-mails? Wasn't Walt Anderson at least generally aware after he was told?

Seriously, is there something in the rules that says any known rule breaking must be reported to the NFL? If they could prove Brady told them to, absolutely, there's a problem. I just didn't know being aware of rule breaking was also rule breaking now.

Absolutely correct. Whether Kraft likes it or not, Brady will not capitulate and he has the resources to take it to the max. Just wait until Judge Doty gets to hear this case.

I don't think we need to validate our accomplishments with any other team's fanbase. The Pats are champs and have won more Super Bowls than any other NFL team in the last 20 years. Those are the facts and the opinions of others on that subject really isn't that relevant to what is fact.

And if Steelers fans want to talk down our titles then I'd be more than happy to have a friendly discussion with them about two people named Alvin Roy and Dr Richard Rydze. I don't think they'd have a whole lot to say after that.
