Ignorance is no excuse....unless it's an excuse to get Goodell out of the crap with the Rice tape right?

The evidence has been posted time after time. The text messages are evidence. McNally going to the bathroom is evidence. The report, with it's findings of fact, is evidence.

Again, you being willfully ignorant of what constitutes evidence, even after having a definition provided to you, is not the same as there being no evidence.

Jesus , piss is now evidence.

Funny that the boy that carries the balls , he can remove them from the bag, deflate them and put them all back in less than 90 seconds while the judges can not measure 24 balls (I repeat , measure only) in a whole game break ...

Exchange messages between you and me is evidence that Brady broke a rule?

If they had Brady sending messages to one of them they would have present this proof in this ´´report`` . This is not evidence for this case. It may be for other, not for this .

It's evidence. This is basic stuff.

So the evidence of Brady conspiring is that he complained about an over-inflated ball after a game once?

If the referee, Walt Andrews, lost contact with the allegedly measured footballs, from the locker room to the field.. why didn't he retest them to insure compliance??..

Because for multiple decades nobody gave a **** about what happens with the balls. Obvious things would have been caught anyway, and the minimal PSI issues dont really affect the game.

But he's right, the NFL could not wait for something like this to rear its head for Belichick and Co. and now that it has they are going to hammer this team.

No, he's not right, regardless of what happens with BB. "Ignorance is no excuse" is not some guarantee of punishment because, often, ignorance is an excuse. The line itself is generally about personal behavior ("I didn't know the speed limit was 45 there"), not about a 100% oversight requirement.

Why cant Ted wells hold a presser with goodell and address all the questions about the report from the media ?

He's right in the fact that the NFL will punish Belichick as well. hell this has gained anough media coverage to be on front page papers across the country and almost 24 coverage on ESPN. Usually Goodell tries to make "an example" and where so many people in the know are stating there will be a heavy punishment it is coming. When Schefty says he thinks Brady AT LEAST gets 1 game I believe that he has legit info.

And yet, the post in which I spelled out my reasoning was given a "Winner" by another poster.

Just because you're too dimwitted to understand what I'm saying doesn't make it nonsense.

LOL.....what other poster?

and yes, it is nonsense..........

Knowing brady is going to fight the discppline its very likely they suspened him multiple games and expect to reduce the sentence. they never do anything logically.

No. He's hopeful that the NFL will punish Belichick. There's a big difference. The Wells report, as incompetently done as it seems to have been, completely exonerates all but 3 people who would not have been noticed doing what was allegedly being done.

Why BB ? Was BB punished for not keeping tabs on hernandez ? or for Spikes failing tests, or for Rodney found for HGH violation etc etc.

except that the report stipulates no wrongdoing by BB (which I assume includes not knowing about balls)

it is certainly reasonable for the coach to not have knowledge of game time ball prep

I would not be surprised if Goodell tries to suspend Brady, but the NFLPA will have something to say about it and will most likely win that one provided there is zero precedence for anyone ever getting suspended for tampering with a ball.......Goodell can't just hand down suspensions to players in the same way he does with coaches......the CBA prevents that through an appeal process.

Hopeful? No one is hopeful the team gets suspended its just the writing on the wall with this league. People want Brady suspended for almost the same amount of time as Greg Hardy. Hell Ray Rice originally got 2 games and national media is saying they want 4 times that amount!!!

this is a bash Deus rant either, this is I unfortunately agree that this is going to be very bad for us.

And for the people downvoting me because Im saying I think they will be punished, glad to see you believe in opinion keep being that guy.

yeah.....that's a bump in the road, but alone doesn't amount to beans
McNally only worked on day games so he was at Gillette maybe 10 times a year while Brady's preparing for a game, why would he know him?
