There is nothing somewhat peculiar about it.
This was an unbridled, reckless, un-sanctioned conspiracy without any governance or consideration to catch a team in the act in committing wrong-doing that was never formally accused.
Did he wire-tap BB's phones without getting a court order as well or cite the Patriot Act?
