I can hardly wait, some of these guys are talking about mid-first prospects when asked to name second and third round picks. It's funny how the same guys are getting named for each team too. :singing:

Hopefully we don't hear Eric Weddle from Utah or Moss from FLA

I like Weddle even if I don't think he's the best option. At least the pundit would have made some effort to match character with team. I don't think any of the Bengal picks had a criminal record, totally unrealistic!

Realistically Weddle could play RB if Maroney goes down and Morris needs a blow. He could also learn to play the Z or X WR position, as well as FS, SS or CB. And on ST he can also be a gunner, punt or kick returner and Xtra point holder.

That makes him a very versatile guy. And we all know BB convets versatility.

In BB, true versatility simply means he can moonlight at TE. :D

Seriously, though, hearing that almost has me hoping for Weddle and Wendling. :)

I could live with those. I could grow to like them very much.

The one thing about this draft that would really piss me off is that if Buffalo takes Willis. Then we will have to see him twice a year for the next 6 years.

I think it is a stretch to think he could play RB in the NFL, he rushed 52 times in college, also WR seems like a leap although last year he could have been our #1 target!

He could be a nice FS / ST player but I don't think his future in the NFL will be on offense.

But soon you'd come to love him as I already do. :singing:

I am sorry, but for some reason POZ is the one "break the TV" pick I have. I told my friend if the Patriots pick him that I am driving 6 hours just so I can kick him in the ......:)

Are you talking about Pos, Griffin, Wilson, or all three?
We're talking about Nut's (and your's too :D) favorite MLB and how well he'd fit in Buffalo's system.

As for NFL Network's selections, they get to have their opinions. Nice of them to use their newly acquired scout from Carolina & Seattle instead of the Patriot fans on staff, like Marshall Faulk.

Aw, he isn't that bad, at least he can stack and shed, if he could only do it with some lead in his base I wouldn't mind.

It doesn't make him a first-round pick, however. It barely makes him a first-day pick. What it makes him is a FS who may or may not be worthy of starting on a SB contender, and who can contribute on ST, and on offense in case of emergency, while he is learning and growing into the position.
