Post# 1216: Just for the record - I read what some of you guys have said about Steve Balestrieri. Not cool. He was reporting an update from what was reported by WBZ-TV.
Don't blame Steve that WBZ was unable to confirm that the arrest warrant was only prepared and not issued because Aaron, frankly, was not available or located in order to have the warrant issued.
Does anyone not think that Aaron's attorney is working on those arrangements right now because the warrant has been prepared.
And if the report is accurate and correct that he is being charged with Obstruction, then the only thing that I have to say about that is I told you so.
I wish this was not happening because Aaron was entrusted by the Kraft family and BB to be one of the guys that was the face of this franchise and the Myra Kraft Foundation with his charitable contributions and is suppose to be a vital cog of this offense.
However, I am not a pom-pom fan like some of you. I chose to deal in reality and the reality is what it is. Hernandez is involved in some way, shape or form and you pom poms better hope that the obstruction charge is MSP's way of getting him to cooperate rather than seeking a direct charge of Murder in the 1st or 2nd Degree.
Post 1230: Obstruction of Justice through the spoliation of evidence can be a top count charge based on the crime which in this case would be a 1st Degree Murder charge because he acted as an accessory.
Post 1238: The arrest warrant has to be personally served to the defendant. Anything else?

Post 1273: Thanks jb - and again for the record, I really wish this was not happening and among the statements that I have made included what was going to be found on the video surveillance at his house.
When it was reported and verified by two media organizations each independently working their sources connected to this investigation that his video surveillance hard drive was damaged then that was it for me because Hernandez impeded the law enforcement investigation and that is something that you do not do if you are innocent and for those that don't have enough common sense to know that should find the bleacher seats because that is where the belong.
If there is one thing that I cannot stand it is those that have been on this thread for four days acting like a bunch of pom poms thinking that Hernandez has done nothing wrong.

With that said - don't be surprised that the company which is providing Hernandez's video monitoring service package also has the video backup to his home which may corroborate what the neighbors' video has along with the data of when his system was materially affected.
Post 1398: JB - MSP has put out a BOLO on the other car as well as requesting the public's help regarding it.
Also, that gun that was found with the victim was not the right caliber which is why there is question regarding a number of issues including the intent of what happened.
There has been nothing solid that has been reported regarding the actual murder except the victim and some timeline information.

LaLaLate.com and OhNoTheyDidnt.livejournal.com are sources that would normally not be used as verified information when it comes to a case like this because they are clearly re-disseminating information and not interviewing and reporting 1st source information.
and finally Post 1455: Yea - I really like Aaron, as well, as a football player and it is safe to say that the Patriots were pretty confident that he was going to be a long-term part of this team when they gave him his contract last year.
Not for nothing - just let your wife know that if all he did was attempt to destroy evidence that this thing is not over for him. He can cooperate if that is all he did.
Spoliation of evidence while it could be detrimental to a case and could lead to the same top line count as whomever murdered Mr. Lloyd is normally utilized to get someone to cooperate which is what I am hoping for.
If this is all he did - he will get a suspension from the league and a stern talking to by the Krafts and their attorneys' with an amended contract because they will not put up with this ****.
