So I assume the trade will be announced whenever said team gets put on the clock.
could be a future pick though?

I'm not getting the correlation. Either way, Boyce doesn't play at that speed in pads. Running fast in shorts is one thing but doing it on gamedays is another.Of course, they just drafted a guy who ran a 4.38 40 with a broken toe. So there's that.

The broken toe issue makes it even more prevalent. For reference to what I mean, Julio Jones in 2011 ran in the same ball park as Boyce (4.39 at the combine) also with a foot injury as well, the difference is Jones plays significantly faster than that on tape unlike Boyce.
Jeff Demps has Olympian level speed and is one the few NFL players to run the 100m under 10.1 seconds in the rich history of the league. His personal best is 10.01 secs. Also he ran 9.96 secs, but that was heavily wind aided. Comparing Boyce to that is silly at best.

Since when do olympic sprinters need to run in pads? Regardless, have seen him run in pads? My point exactly.Did Demps run those times in pads?
In case you're missing the point (which you clearly are), your comment about Boyce's 40 time is a faulty line of thinking. It's been debunked already, but refer to his game tape if you're disillusioned about it. Running a fast 40 time does not mean squat if it doesn't translate on the field. His 40 may have been fast but he isn't has fast as that on the field. That's all I was saying, in case you didn't get it the first time. They drafted another fast guy, who is not as fast as Demps but he is fast. That's all I was saying. I know the difference between playing in pads and running in shorts. You're taking an offhand comment and blowing it out of proportion for no reason. That's what is really silly at best.
Traded 2 guys who likely won't make the team for 1 guy who likely won't make the team. How exciting.
