Personally I like rewatching these games, even when the Pats did not play well (like this game) or even lost (last week vs Seattle). I find that watching the game live I'm more emotionally involved in the unknown outcome to critique it whereas afterwards I can really focus on more of the minute details.
For example on th penalty on Dowling on the first NYJ drive you get to see Francis totally ridden off the play, allowing Sanchez not only to have time to throw but also better vision and an open passing lane.
The emotional involvement is EXACTLY the reason why i watch the rewinds lol. Finally got DVR now so can rewatch late Sunday nights or on mondays. Very happy about that haha

Solder laid out a nasty lick on that Welker screen

My DVR tends to get used quite a bit lately by my two daughters; they're both working so they're using it quite a bit to record their favorite shows. I'm just happy that they're both working so I'll fit my re-watch schedule around theirs.
The NFL Game Rewind is nice for the all-22 but you have to wait for that to be available ... so a game like this on the NFLN works out really well for me.
Back to the game, some really nice blocks by Solder and Connolly on that Welker pass that went deep into Jets territory in the 3rd quarter. The whole design of the play was a thing of beauty, and was executed perfectly.
you mean McDonald not Connolly, right??? Connolly went out in the 1st quarter

Wow that was a bad throw by Brady. The more I watch the more I think that the major problem is just execution. But the team is so talented that I can't imagine them executing at such a low level all season. I think they will tighten up
Edit: offensively at least
Are you saying Love and Ninkovich aren't getting it done?Wilfork gets double teamed on literally every play, yet they still have to constantly hold him. Someone else on the Pats D-line needs to step up and take advantage of not being double teamed, and win more of those individual one-on-one battles.
