I may cry if he is injured :(

not to stoke the flames but isn't Wednesday generally considered the most important day of practice?

Forummers have conditioned me to scurry off to Mike Reiss for reassurance, and I'll gladly take this little bit:

At the same time, does anyone really think Brady won't be under center Sunday at 3 p.m.? He'll be there, of course. In recent weeks, he's shown toughness in working through the pain while producing top-notch performances.

Also (emphasis added):

Here is Wednesday’s full injury report:

Did not practice: Tom Brady (left shoulder)

Also don't forget that we had one more day than usual to prepare this week since we played on saturday. Belichick might have given tom the day off.

Somewhat, it's the first day to work on the plays designed specific for the gameplan.

It seems that whenever Brady misses a day or two of practice, the offense gets off to a slow start.

I don't know, with the way Brady is always harping on the importance of practice, this doesn't seem to be the week to miss a day.

Someone is saying Spikes just rode the stationary bike during practice. How can a reporter get this information outside the media portion?

I'm sure that's why they have rested their veteran players on that day for as long as i can remember. Apparently Brady isn't important.:D

Hoyer starts Sunday.

Isn't well-documented now that Brady has shoulder tendonitis? Obviously if they want him to throw effectively on Sunday, they can't wear his arm down all week.

You did see him leave the field last Sunday looking about as good as ever, right?

Yeah, he looked terrible against the Broncos...a whole 20 points or so short of a perfect Pass Rating...yeah, he's done for the season...

Doomed! Doomed, I tell you!

Hopefully he spent the afternoon going through tape of the Ravens D with Josh McDaniels. Brady will play but not good to see the injury.

Solder concusion was a surprise - ugh

He didn't miss practice last Wednesday.

But he did when we played the Dolphins and Bills... (17-0, 21-0 starts)

wait...wait for him...he's coming...be here in a minute....tap tap tap...THERE he is!!!...right on cue....

True, but the Patriots played on Saturday Vs the Broncos not Sunday..

He didn't miss any time last week.

Of course he'll play, but every practice matters (according to Brady), and when he has missed the Wednesday practice (Giants, Dolphins, Bills), we've looked terrible to start.

Coincidence? Maybe, but he did miss those days and we looked lethargic the first two or three drives in those games.

It is what it is, we only have three practices before the Championship. Hopefully he gets the next two in and it's no bg deal on Sunday.

NExt man up.

Let Pollard take out Hoyer and then bring in Mallett. Mallett wins the game.

Gets rave reviews.

NE trade Mallett for the first overall pick next year.

BB trades it for a 2013, 2014, and 2015 1st rounders (which makes him very happy).

The franchise is then saved.

strange, don't remember any big hits from the denver playoff game. hopefully solder is ready to go but it is disconcerting to hear it's his second concussion of the season, and vollmer porbably won't be ready until next year.

You guys freaking out over this are ridiculous. My God, what a bunch of little cry babies.

BB at times gives Brady a day off on Weds. Looks like AHern is good to go. He says he's ready. BIG SIGH of relief.
