Here is a schedule of camps from Pro FW.
New England Patriots
Minicamps: April 30-May 2 (rookies), June 15-17
OTAs: May 24-27, June 1-4, June 7-8, June 10-11
Hope no one gets hurt.....
Oh ... someone is getting hurt for sure ... that's a It's What It's thing.
May it be a UDFA with little chance of making the roster and not a draftee...lest that draftee be lumped in with possible busts prematurely

Especially these two....if their injuries last season were just an anomaly and not something that will eventually prove out to be chronic then I'm very intrigued. There was a buzz surrounding Tate last season that suggested he was a special talent, and his measurables are top notch,so good in fact that he was rated higher than Hakeem Nicks before his knee injury. The one issue, once again, involves a positive drug screen for marijuana last year at the combine.
After the mini camp this weekend, what goes on between now and June? I assume they are working out with the team? How does that work?

The player and team signs a waiver that says they'll still get paid according to their draft slot. For example (though not career ending) the Pats gave McKenzie the same contract he would have received based on his draft past position last year. I suppose the team can take out insurance in case an injury happens if they wanted to, but the player does not need to do that.Glad to see this, and cannot wait for the reports...
Do they get paid?? If they get an injury that is career ending, does the NFL pay him or does insurance kick in???
Is Crable going to be there?
Hoping PFW blogs...and that that the fans will know ALL of the players there...last year some WRs were in for tryouts...a FEW NOT identified.....should be a BUNCH...20 plus players there..always a FEW tryouts to add to the fun..
If by once again, you mean Hernandez, that is incorrect. He did not test positive at the combine. As far as the NFL is concerned he has zero strikes. The one issue, once again, involves a positive drug screen for marijuana last year at the combine.
