Pretty cool. I've had Larry Fitzgerald (and his brother), Bernard Berrian, Jaymar Johnson, Antonio Cromartie, Bryant McKinnie, and maybe one or two other Vikings players respond to me on Twitter.

According to the Boston Herald, Bodden just said "Hopefully I can get things done with the texans and just move on." Bodden was quoted before sitting down with the Texans head coach for dinner.

“I had a good year there, but it’s all about who wants me,” Bodden said when asked about the Patriots. “If they want me, they can get me. If Houston wants me, they can get me. I’m just here to see what these guys have to offer and just meet the coaches.”

While it sounds like he wants to move on, he hasn’t totally slammed the door shut on the Pats. That is, if they don’t mind meeting his demands, which could be in the $4-to-$5 million a year vicinity.

If he is really asking between 4-5 million and the Pats arent willing to pay that then BB is a dumbass. Talk all the crap you want bout me but im not defending him on this one is thats true.

Doesn't make much sense that he's asking that since he reportedly turned down 4X4 last season in favor of a prove it deal because he wanted more... Now, if the problem is he wants that or more for 5 or 6 years and he wants more than half up front, then it's up to Bill to decide if he's worth it because comparatively speaking no dumbass on this message board really has a friggin' clue what he's worth... He did a decent job as the #2 here last year but he wasn't some all world playmaker.

FA is really something. These players dream about it for half a lifetime and then when it arrives they get so insecure and stressed out they just want it to be over...LOL They should all take a page out of Brady's book. What's a million more a year after taxes in their bracket... Sign on with Kubiak or Lovie or DelRio or in lots of places and if the guy who signed you is gone after the lockout and you may not fit the next HC's scheme...so you get to be a FA again...LOL

I don't get why the cornerback duo HAS to change every single year. Bodden-Butler could be the core for the next four years. Come on BB!

(I kindof miss Hobbs, he wasn't that bad of a #2).

It's frustrating because we already have enough needs. And they don't want to pay Bodden $5-$6 which is barely more than what they gave TBC, instead they just want to add to the list of needs? Makes no sense

Honestly, he was the one player on our defense I actually counted on last year to not be a huge liability. If we get rid of him, we might as well give Deltha O'Neal a call, and tell him to suit up.
