This is unfortunate news, I was hoping RAC would be back. I think these guys are looking to build themselves back up to HC candidates once again and there is more room for improvement in KC. They can do less there to build their reputation back as opposed to here where anything other than a SB win or top rated defense, in RAC's case, would be a dissapointment.

Why do folks just presume that we didn't contact a player or coach when someone signs somewhere else. Is it the [resumption that if the patriots make an offer, the choice should always be to come to the patriots? Believe it or not, there are nfl opportunities for folks that would make it reasonable in THEIR eyes to chose to come somewhere other then the patriots.

i dont think they are but i wouldve been surprised if he had come back. remember in one browns conf he was asked about something related to sucess or pats and he said something like "maybe even will called a genius." So....
