Thumbs up Go Patriots! Beat the Rams!!

I am tired of all the gloom and doom threads on here. Our boys are across the pond and about to showcase our favorite game to the rest of the world and garner as many new fans as possible for the NFL.

Despite all the injuries and problems thus far on defense, we have won four games and lost the other three by a measly 4 points at the very end of the game. We are about three plays away from being 7-0.

I think our boys are going to go over there to London and make us proud! I think they are going to win, whether it's ugly, like last week, or pretty, like week 1. Let's support them instead of pointing out everything that's wrong (and I admit to a few negative posts myself in the last week).

Here are some good things to cheer about:

Tom Brady, Wes Welker and Gronk will all be on the field on Sunday
Big Vince will be on the field on Sunday
IMO BB hates Jeff Fisher and will try really hard to beat him
Josh McDaniels coached Sam Bradford and should know some ways to beat him
Our improved turnover ratio may continue
If the Pats stay on course and have more than 350 yards of offense, they will break the Rams' record for most consecutive games with more than 350 yards of offense

Those are a few I can think of off the top of my head. Please add more if you like. Please don't add negative stuff as there are plenty of other threads on the board you can add to for that.

GO PATRITOTS!! BEAT THE RAMS!!

It's a really positive day for this Oblachinski guy

New England Patriots create a scene in London - ESPN Boston

Quote:
LONDON -- Bob Oblachinski was on a double-decker bus traveling the streets of London when he looked out the window and saw a group of 50 mostly large men in gray sweatshirts running around in historic Hyde Park...

Oblachinski, a native New Englander, was returning to London on Friday afternoon from a trip to Paris. When the bus arrived at its next stop, he had a thought: Could that possibly be his beloved New England Patriots?

"I got off the bus and walked back, and sure enough, it was," said Oblachinski, who watched most of the team's 45- to 60-minute walkthrough practice. "It was fantastic, great access, just a loose group of guys having fun, going through their plays and different sets."

+1 to positive thoughts for this Pats team!

I believe they have a great chance to win against a mostly anemic (28th ranked) rams offense that is missing amendola at wideout.
Sam Bradford has yet to impress despte his lofty draft status.

Let's go get em Pats!

Good job, Deb. I'm frankly amazed at all the negativity being drummed up by not only the "fans" here, but by the media. You'd think this team was 2-5 by the sound of things.

I'm with Deb too! I'd heard today on WEEI that the Pats did practice in a public park today in front of a crowd of 25 people.

That smells of something the winning team does.

Agreed! We will be 1/2 way through the regular season after this game. Let's enjoy it!
