Default Patriots Porkers

I think that one goal of the off season would be to get some for the heifers on the Patriot to lose some serious weight. Mankins had a horrible game and I have got to believe that if he tamed that gigantic gut he would not have had as much trouble handling the speed rushers. Vince must be well over 400 pounds and Warren was sporting a basketball. And Light should not be dancing around with no shirt with that big bowl of jello. Koppen looks like the Stay Puff man.

In the old days some teams had a problem with drinking; today the Patriots look like they have a problem with cheeseburgers.

LOL! No. This is the funniest thread today.

It's the Red Sox who need to lose some weight over the course of the season, not big football players.

Greetings,
I have to laugh with you on that one. I noticed this on the DL in the Baltimore game. Many of them would win their match ups but had too much weight on them, which slowed them down to bring down Flacco. I saw this mainly with Love and Warren. But then again Vince moves incredibly well for someone his size and is the perfect size for a 3-4 NT. And from what I remember Ted Washington was bigger than Vince.

Perhaps Gisele can become the Pats' bulimia coach?

These guys workout 6+ hours a day. The only way for a lot of them to get the required calories is to eat absolute **** food. This helps their bodies not deteriorate but in the process it results in guts and bad cholesterol.

I don't know why but whenever I saw Wilfork... I thought of Gary Larson's cartoon of the deer gut:

There is a whole herd of bears with deer guts on the Patriots....

With Mankins his gut is so huge and his arms are so short you have to wonder how he can reach anyone....he must do a lot of flaying at the air.

I would like to know what their REAL weight is. Vince has to be over 400 and the rest must be pushing it. None of the linemen except Carter looks like they have missed many meals.

This would have some validity if not all linemen looked like that.

Hey, being huge is part of the job. Just as long as they do their job is all that counts.

The D-Linemen were gassed in the second half. Carrying around 80 pounds of blubber in that stuffy environment cannot be good. They should all train with Andre Carter instead of Colonel Sanders this offseason...
