Default Non season ticket holders question???

Just wondering with the economy the way it is, and what it cost to go to a game.. Will you be going to a game this yr.. I used to go to 3 a yr, Im not sure if im going to 1 yet.. the wife and I usually make the treck to Boston once together so that may be it.. But lets just see what that will cost

Cheapest 2 tickets in a half way decent section- 250.00 per ticket

Room - 99 2 days

parking - 40

gas - 100.00

plus shoping food .. Ugh maybee I should leave the wife home

but you go yourself

cheapest ticket- 175

room 99

Gas- I get a headache thinking about it..

I wonder though if parking will go up, if that is the case, buying a flat screen.

Anyway just curious what the plans are for fellow fans that usually go, or have never been to a game, but are going this yr...

Cheapest ticket...on eBay?

You can get face value tickets before the game in pretty much any seating level. Your problem is that you have to plan your trip well in advance, so tickets on Thursday or Friday won't do. But if you had TicketXchange or used TicketMaster and got lucky, you could be sitting a few rows up for face value (although that's $125-150 with the price increase). They even had Row 1 seats behind the bench available on TX for the Jets game last December.

I'm on the waitlist and my current plan is to try to get some front row seats in the 300s for one regular season game and then splurge for good seats at a home playoff game (assuming of course there is one).

There will be two home playoff games.

Bet on it.

(Although I have been wrong in the past...)

I live 8 hours away and made it to both SD games last year. The gas price is really going to kill my ideas of going to one this year. The only other thing I might do is take my wife's company vehicle since it has a gas card. But usually she won't let me take it since she has to take it to work. But I guess I could have the wife come with me to the game... Oh the sacrifices we make!

Isn't Patriot Place constructed on what used to be parking lot? So there are fewer parking spaces available......simple supply and demand?

A sarcastic Bill Belichick on Tom Brady's finger injury, "It's not life threatening."
