That's exactly what I said in a thread when it happened and what I've been saying to this day.
They had an intern with a handycam videotape signals in plain view of everyone.
As I said before, there's no literally way they could make of use of that digital video tape during a game since it would need to be dealt with in real-time, so in BB's mind, he was not breaking the rule about using video during a game. Thus the reason he did it in plain sight, without any fear of getting caught.
Yet, somehow, this is known as "spy"gate.
