EDIT: Nevermind I see the other threads. Not excited about this as it means we're shopping for fill-ins and the situation with Samuel is not looking good with regards towards working out a deal.

James is an NFL caliber corner but nowhere near starting caliber.
This reminds me of the numerous dbs we sign each off-season to compete for a roster spot and many of them end up cut.
Good depth, but nowhere near a major signing.

Who was the corner we signed a few years ago that used to start for the Colts? Just cannot remember his name. Was signed for depth and cut in camp.
