Yeah, it's a wonder what facing two completely inept offenses back to back can do for a team.

That doesn't change the fact that Manning is not a big game performer.

Bunch of crap ... Colt's are no pushover ... they proved that today.

The point is the Colts are not as good or as balanced of a team as the Pats and Chargers. You still need to play hard to beat them, but the Pats or Chargers will go on to win the Superbowl.

Ya holding Larry Johnson to under 40 yards was no big deal at all. Wasn't it LJ in that same offense this year that was a monster? Na, must have been someone else on the Chiefs.

Meanwhile, Trent Green was leaking oil all over the field. When the passing game is no threat whatsoever it's actually fairly easy to stop the run regardless if it's Larry Johnson, Walter Payton or Jesus Christ toting the rock. What, we're supposed to be in awe of Indy beating the Chiefs in their little cocoon?

The Colts beat the Patriots already.. in Foxboro. That doesn't count either?
So did the Jets the following week. So no, it doesn't really count at this moment.

The Chiefs backed their way into the playoffs. They were not a good team. It's not an accomplishment to beat the Chiefs.

The Colts have kicked Pats butt two straight times, and the game will be in Indy. If (if if if) they beat the Chargers, it is no automatic Superbowl win. The Colts really scare me, and they are playing with plenty of momentum, and they have no reason to be scared of the Patriots.

Plus, I don't think I'll live to see it. All the incessant Vinatieri talk will cause me to keel over and die. It'll be 100X worse than the Mangini-Belichick "will they or won't they touch hands" discussion.
