IMO Sully wont be cut. He has shown complience, lost weight, and needs time in the system to see if BB can harvest the talent.

IMO Faulk is not going anywhere. He is still the best 3rd down back in the game.

Since this is a suprise cut thread, if Branch comes back and Childress gets healthy, Troy Brown could be cut for another vet who is younger. Yes I know, you think I am crazy.

His astronomical fumble to touch ratio is unacceptable. Belichek has reached for the pepto bottle one too many times over Faulk. I'm surprised he has lasted this long.

^hes gotten praise..hes worked hard. and read 1 of the articles..says hes looking to see how Maroney holds the ball higher for better ball security so obviosuly hes doing something about it. you dont cut a guy who can tremendously help you because he fumbles..its easy to fix. why didnt Giants cut Tiki when he had way too many fumbles AS a starter?

(Was that a good impersonation of Casale?)
Substitute "butt" for 'ass" and you have Casale perfectly.

I hope you're right about Sullivan - but he has all the marks of the "example" cut that coaches like Belichick likes to make...

But if Sullivan hasn't shown value on the field, he stands to be more valuable as an example cut to keep other players in line - that is, to show the rookies what happens when you show up out of shape and get in trouble on your own time etc...

There is NO WAY I see Troy Brown being cut given the lack of depth at WR... though I realize you're stretching for a surprise cut and are really looking on the bright side of other WRs producing... but really what you're talking about is cutting our #3 WR, assuming Branch and Caldwell are the top 2 and that's just not going to happen

Pass, but he would be no surprise, he's all-ready been cut a couple of times only to be brought back later. Also Hill, he's shown nothing since he's been here. And if Hills has gotten this much time, I think Sullivan will get every chance. I think (THEY) believe his size and potential is to much to give up on.IMHO.
