If Bill Belichick has any hope of salvaging the 2023 season, it’s going to require somewhat of a miracle on his offensive line in order for them to have any chance of turning things around.

Given that whatever changes the New England Patriots will need to make this week to “start all over” will likely need to transpire on offense, this is certainly not the greatest week for that to happen.

Listening to Bill Belichick and the players after Sunday’s game it was hard not to come away with one thing from all of them. They know they have a problem.  But they also have no idea how to fix it.

Right now, the Patriots are a bad team. In terms of Patriot history, those of us with long perspectives are starting to get bad flashbacks.

I don’t know about you, but I was depressed while trying to watch this debacle.  The Patriots can’t do anything right.  Mac Jones is done as a starting QB.

Much of Monday was obviously spent looking back at Sunday’s debacle, with many trying to still make sense of what happened during the Patriots 38-3 beatdown in Dallas.

Monday saw the New England Patriots undergo further evaluations on Matthew Judon and Christian Gonzalez, who each suffered injuries during Sunday’s game in Dallas.

Sunday’s loss ended up with the Patriots taking what may be a massive hit, with another key defensive player going down for what may be a significant amount of time.

My mother said that if you don’t have anything good to say about a person, don’t say anything at all.  If I do that, this would be a very short article because I didn’t see anything good in that game.

The Cowboys pummelled the Patriots, 38-3 on Sunday at AT&T Stadium, sent Mac Jones to the bench in the third quarter, and inflicted most every malady possible on this once great franchise.

With what’s essentially another pivotal game for the New England Patriots as they look to get back to .500 this weekend, it looks like they’re going to be without a couple of key names on both sides of the football.

Mike McCarthy is calling the plays as he has replaced Kellen Moore as the Offensive play caller.   McCarthy has a history of being pass happy.  This even though the Cowboys have averaged 150 yards a game on the ground.  The last two seasons the Cowboys finished with 12 wins and are not playing in the AFC.

Much of the talk on Monday centered on the incident between New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones and New York Jets defensive back Sauce Gardner, with Jones allegedly giving the cornerback a tap to the groin during Sunday’s game.

the Patriots limited the Jets to just 38 yards on 22 carries or a 1.7-yard average. That is dominant stuff there.
