Although Sunday’s season opener didn’t end the way the New England Patriots wanted, rookie Quarterback Mac Jones put together an impressive debut that saw him throw his first career NFL touchdown pass to wide receiver Nelson Agholor.

On Paramount’s “Inside The NFL” program this week, a sideline mic’d up clip was shown featuring linebacker Kyle Van Noy congratulating Jones on the sideline.

“Mac! Mac, my man, congrats, first of many, let’s go!” Van Noy is seen telling Jones.

You can view the exchange in its entirety courtesy of a tweet from “Inside The NFL” below.

Jones completed 29-of-39 passes with 281 yards and a touchdown and zero interceptions. His completion percentage of 74.4% set an NFL record for a rookie in their debut.

Van Noy meanwhile logged a sack, QB hit, pass breakup, and three total tackles in his return to the Patriots.
