Two days after a two touchdown performance in an upset win over the Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead continued celebrating this week, but for his son on his birthday.
In a post to Instagram Tuesday, Burkhead shared some photos of his son Jett while wishing him a happy second birthday.
Through nine games in 2020, Jett’s dad has 267 yards on the ground with three rushing touchdowns while hauling in 23 receptions for 187 yards and three more touchdowns.
Burkhead continues to contribute heavily to a Patriots rushing attack presently ranked third in the NFL and averaging 161 yards a game and 1,450 total yards.
