As the sports world continues its hiatus, New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman decided to share an old college football highlight over his Instagram Tuesday.
Set to Drake’s “Nonstop”, Edelman showed off a nasty touchdown run from his senior season at Kent State University in a game against the University of Louisiana-Lafayette in 2008.
“#TBT on a Tuesday because no one actually knows what day of the week it is anymore”, Edelman jokingly wrote in an accompanying caption.

Edelman was a three-year starter at quarterback for Kent State from 2006-2008.
During his senior season, Edelman was the Golden Flashes’ leading passer, completing 56% of his passes (153 of 275 passes for 1,820 yards), he threw 13 touchdowns to 11 interceptions. He was also their leading rusher, gaining 1,370 yards on 215 attempts (an average of 6.4 yards per carry) and scoring 13 touchdowns.
Edelman’s total offense in 2008 set a school single-season record previously held by former NFL’er Josh Cribbs.
In May 2019, Edelman completed his degree from Kent State and graduated as a senior integrated studies major. He was previously inducted into Kent State’s Varsity “K” Hall of Fame in 2015.
