On Tuesday, the NFL announced that the New England Patriots Week 16 matchup with the Buffalo Bills will take place on Saturday, December 21st at 4:30pm.
Previously, the contest was listed as “TBD” on official schedules.
The NFL selected the game as one of five possible games to be played on Saturday of that weekend.
The Patriots last played a regular season Saturday game on December 24th 2016.
The Patriots-Bills matchup joins the Houston Texans at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1pm) and Los Angeles Rams at San Francisco 49ers (8:15pm) as part of a tripleheader.
Patriots-Bills will be televised on CBS and NFL Network.
