Josh Gordon will be a Super Bowl champion afterall.
According to a report by ESPN Boston’s Mike Reiss, Gordon will receive a Super Bowl LIII ring from owner Robert Kraft.
In December, Gordon was suspended indefinitely by the NFL for violating the terms of his reinstatement under the substance abuse policy.
The suspension prevented Gordon from playing in the final two regular season games and playoffs.
In 11 games with the Patriots, Gordon finished third on the team with 720 receiving yards.
Gordon logged 40 receptions and three touchdowns, one of which was the 500th of Tom Brady’s career.
As the Patriots marched to a Super Bowl championship, Gordon continued to show his support over social media.
Gordon thanked fans and the organization in his Instagram story Monday.
He is eligible to apply for reinstatement in May pending treatment progress.
